The service department here is consistently slower than slow. It’s been an an hour and 45 minutes now and my car still isn’t done for just a 10,000 mile service. I experienced a 2 hour wait for the 5,000 mile service. They have zero sense of urgency and are completely unapologetic for ridiculously long waits. Meanwhile, my “service advisor” is sitting at his desk shooting the breeze with some random guy. And I wait. Unbelievable.

El trato que te dan y por vender no te dejan escoger bien y ellos dicen mañana venga y arreglamos los detalles del carro y luego vas y te cambian de personas y se portan muy payasos y se creen los dueños del lugar y para acabar eran latinos y no te quieren ayudar Por eso no lo recomiendo y si van lleven una persona que sea mecánico y revisen bien el carro
Scott was FABULOUS! We purchased a Tacoma on Sunday, and took delivery of a RAV4 Adventure on Tuesday. He communicated with us throughout the process, was friendly without being pushy or obnoxious, and certainly made us glad we made the trip to Hanlee's.
