It took me 2 days just to get an appointment ! When I got my appt it took another 24hrs to run a diagnostic $180!! Not worth it !!! Not happy at all! The typed up explanation for the car makes no sense at all “this is ok but it needs to be replaced ?” Very unprofessional! I will never bring my car back here ! I will never buy a Chevy !! I am spreading the words to friends and family to not come to this dealership and DO NOT buy a Chevy !!!
Service dept stinks. I've purchased 3 new vehicles from this dealer and I will NOT buy there again. Yesterday I got an engine light on my 2016 Silverado Duramax with 4500 miles past warranty, right ??? My dash indicated I need service ASAP or within 174 miles my speed would be limited. I called service dept and they told me to bring it in asap so they can diagnose it. I told them its my only vehicle and I need it for doc appts etc. He told me he would look at it today.
