Called Galesburg IL location to inquire about having my mower serviced the man I talked to said in a very rude manner you have to call aledo location.I asked if the Galesburg location is still in operation or would have to go to aledo he proceeded to yell at me I just told you I have nobody at Galesburg you have to call aledo .I took my business elswhere I'm amazed that a business would speak to a potential customer that way
