I have been buying my dogs food and treats there for several years now and I have always been very satisfied with everything I have ever purchased and the few times I did have to return a product I had no issues get a refund for whatever it was or credit . I don't know all of the employees that work there since they moved to the new location but I do believe the two owners recognize me every time I go in the store.Yes the prices are a little higher on certain items but I would prefer paying more to get the quality and warm p... read more

I have spent several hundred dollars here since moving in July. I like supporting small businesses. I go there to get the extra customer service that may not happen at big box stores even though I would pay less. I feel I might as well go elsewhere and spend less. After several months and several hundred dollars they might at least acknowledge and recognize me as a regular customer. I am starting to feel even awkward there.

They really know about good food and proper nutrition. They really love and care about the animals, they always have a rescued animal to show and they help rescue groups, They have training classes in the store, They are the people to go to with questions. HANDS DOWN the best!
