I shop at this store on a regular basis. The owners and employees are knowledgeable and caring. Their prices and selections are excellent! My dog gets so excited when we pull up :) !!!

I absolutely love this pet store! Great quality, super friendly & they carry out those heavy bags.
I love this store! I don't even live in Loveland anymore but I drive the 35 minutes just to get my dog food here. They welcome you into the store and remember who you are! There are stores where I live now, like Mutts, which I will patronize in a pinch but the service does not compare.
I love Hank's. They are always so nice and helpful when I go in, no matter who's there. They have helped me find something to help my dog's aching joints, and were willing to fix a pump that had stopped working on a pet fountain. I don't shop anywhere else for my pets!
Hank's is amazing. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hank's to anyone with pets.
