We are a small, locally owned business (there really Is a Hank), and our cheesecakes are hand-crafted by a team of talented people whose goal is to provide you "the best cheesecakes created this side of Heaven." My husband ordered an amaretto cheesecake from Hank's as part of my Valentine's Day gift. It was not only gorgeous, but was the BEST cheesecake we have ever eaten!! He also said the owner was the nicest man! We are not from the area, but we will most definitely be ordering cheesecakes to be shipped to us. Thanks!!!!!

They did our wedding cake a few years back and did a wonderful job! The cake was beautiful and tasted yummy! We got lots of compliments for being different then the ordinary cake. We come back every year for our anniversary!
Unbelievable!! Lisa and I first tasted the Key Lime at The Red Onion Café in Joplin? Upon our next visit we found Hanks (an epicurian delight) and purchased several (a huge understatement). Many of our friends were amazed and delighted to receive gifts.
