I consider myself somewhat of a key lime cheesecake canasseur. It is my absolute favorite. I have tried many a key lime cheesecake and let me tell you...I had one in a little cafe in Jopin, MO called red onion cafe. It was from Hanks in St. Louis and the absolute BEST key lime cheesecake I have ever had. Now living in LA I crave them from time to time but haven't had one in years. When will you start selling them online to the public? I gurantee people would buy them! They are the best afterall.
We stopped by Hank's yesterday (my first visit) and had a delightful chat with Karl. While there, we shared a piece of chocolate chip cheesecake and it was wonderful. We brought home a piece of Black Forest cheesecake to have after dinner and chocolate cake for today. I didn't even realize until this morning it is National Chocolate Day - - perfect way to celebrate!
Great cheesecakes in a nice little shop, tried three different kinds while in town and they were all fabulous!
Thank you so much for making the cake for our wedding - everyone loved it and thought it was amazing!!!
