Ryan came to service my non functioning air conditioning unit at 6pm on a Sunday! of a holiday weekend and got it working. He recommended a follow up visit from a technician to ensure success. I’ve used Hanks for many years and relied on them to replace the unit 4 years ago.

We had Tyler and Joseph from Hank’s AC out and it was such a fantastic experience. After inconsistent service with a prior company I was on the hunt for a solid replacement company.
