They don't respond to phone calls, they don't respond to emails, and they don't respond to traditional mail. I get that some folks say that the doctor is good, but if you allow receptionists to staff your office who do things like this, that's simply not possible. Stop playing with people's livelihoods.
Dr. Hankins changed my life after a very difficult period in life. I was a mess to say the least. To say I was weary of trying yet another new doctor would be an understatement but to my surprise when we had our very 1st visit he took the time to actually educate me (which is something I've never had any medical professional do, EVER) & genuinely seemed to care that visit. I’m going to be very honest here. Ben Hankins is an amazing doctor, but the lady who answers the phone and handles everything is not always nice, and she tends to drop the ball quite a bit. It’s extremely hard to get someone to answer the phone or get a call back. I have had Dr. Hankins for years, but if I’m honest, with the lady at the front desk hardly ever answering the phone or taking weeks to call me back, I’m not sure how much longer I’m willing to be a patient there!
