I've sold 2 homes and purchased 3 homes- all with Hank. Everything moved fast and I closed right before Christmas on a brand new home after selling my other property. He helped keep my on top of all the tasks I needed to do for the sale of my existing property and the purchase of the new one. I highly recommend Hank.
It was an overall great experience working with Hank to sell our home. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicator, Hank just knows his stuff and a relationship nice person to just chat with. He pegged just right the selling price for our house, on offer came in about a week later and helped to make it a smooth close. The people assisting Hank when he was not available were also extremely helpful and kept things moving along. I would definitely work with Hank again and highly recommend him.
