Hank was absolutely wonderful to work with while trying to sell my home. He made the process a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. He was very communicative and I always felt like I was in the loop of what was going on during the process. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided many recommendations which ended up helping us sell our house quickly. I would highly recommend Hank for your buying/selling needs!
I've sold 2 homes and purchased 3 homes- all with Hank. Everything moved fast and I closed right before Christmas on a brand new home after selling my other property. He helped keep my on top of all the tasks I needed to do for the sale of my existing property and the purchase of the new one. I highly recommend Hank.
It was an overall great experience working with Hank to sell our home. Professional, knowledgeable, good communicator, Hank just knows his stuff and a relationship nice person to just chat with. He pegged just right the selling price for our house, on offer came in about a week later and helped to make it a smooth close.
