I purchased my very first car from them. A certified used Chevy captiva. Recently, my car just shut down on me while driving and with very little research, I learned that this was a known problem for this car. I bought my car in 2016, in 2014 gm knew this engine was bad. So how is it that the dealership knew tho problem, was fixing and repairing other cars with this engine, yet sold it to me certified knowing this engine was faulty.
