Service dept was rude and not very accomadating. I make an appt. for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I show up for my appt. at 100pm. Was met by a gentleman whom states that there is six cars ahead of you that just showed up in line so it will be a few hours mind you that I just drove here from Lapeer. I said that I had an appt. in which he said we really don't honor those. Thanks for nothing. I suggest that you take the online appts. of your online menu then.
