I would like to Thank the Hank Graff Service Dept. for all the work they put in replacing my son's motor. He had just come home from the Marines and his motor blew, Well, Hank Graffs Service Dept. put him in a new motor and had him back on the road in record time. they should work for NASCAR. I will not purchase a vehicle from Hank Graff or any of its affiliates. I wish I could choose no stars. Advice: Take care of your customers-ALL of your customers, not just the high end. OH and also, move Hank off the lots. He's a real prize.
Well it had been a month since my purchase and I'm very pleased with my 2013 Impala. Salesman Charles Brown was awesome. He listen to my needs, he didn't push anything on me that I didn't want and he took extra time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. A few days after my purchase I had trouble with the vehicle, he was persistent in following up with me to make sure the matter was resolved. My husband and I bought a vehicle from their used lot in December, we wanted a safer vehicle because we have a baby on the way. After 400 miles the transmission completely went out. Since we gave hank graff every dime we had, now we cannot afford to get it fixed.
