Willingness to take time and answer all questions. Everyone greeted me with a smile 😀 my salesman Chris, and his assistants Kayla and Devonte helped answer any questions I had. Before I left with my new car Kayla sat with me in my car and went over every feature of my new car. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable before I drove away.
