I purchased my very first car from them. A certified used Chevy captiva. Recently, my car just shut down on me while driving and with very little research, I learned that this was a known problem for this car. I bought my car in 2016, in 2014 gm knew this engine was bad. So how is it that the dealership knew tho problem, was fixing and repairing other cars with this engine, yet sold it to me certified knowing this engine was faulty. Bought a used car and it has a leak of some sort underneath. They had it covered pretty well. Can’t believe they didn’t know about it and didn’t even mention it. Disappointed. Integrity?
I normally don't write reviews but it's been just a great experience I figured I would. I had been looking to purchase a truck and after having a deal fall apart at Hank Graff (they jacked up the price 2k after we agreed on a price) I called Shae and got Jenna Mosser as my salesperson. She was great to deal with, was a woman of her word (things that were not in the contract) that they would take care of w the vehicle and did. Eventually we'll get my wife a new vehicle too and we'll look here first.
