If I could give six stars, I would. Their service is so good. Young staff, but they know how to keep a customer happy.
I am so dissatisfied. I went to the South location for a karaoke night and dinner for my friend’s birthday. I got the spicy soup and there was a hair in it. I barely ate the original bowl I got and was not offered a new dish OR a compensated dessert. They refused because the birthday girl was already getting a free dessert. So I got a hair in my food, no compensation, and went home hungry.
The food was amazing. The rice cakes were very well cooked, everything is seasoned nicely and the banchan was good. Water is served in a chilled container which made it stay cold. Service is good as well. We were seated promptly, questions were answered well and food came out quick. Overall a great place. Highly recommend
