Son demasiado lentos, te dan la cita a una hora y te atienden mucho tiempo después porque programan a varios a la misma hora. Y el personal son muy groseras siempre con su mala cara, no entiendo como este tipo de gente puede estar trabajando ahi
I do recommend Dr hanissian and dr. Smith as Peds. But the clinic is a disaster when it comes to scheduling appointments. You get there on time. But you have to wait 1 hr to 1.5 hrs to be seen. But if you get there late 15 minutes they cancel both of your appointments. So after 8 yrs of taking my kids there driving 10 miles im done doing business with them.
Used to love bringing my daughter here for regular check ups since birth (she's now 5 1/2). However, the front desk staff continues to worsen in hospitality and it is pointless to schedule an appointment when you still have to wait 45 min to an hour for them to state they have no estimate of when your child will be seen. The staff that actually treats the patients and the doctors/nurse practitioner have typically shown amazing professionalism, but that's hard to appreciate after the initial frustration and ridiculous wait.
She was my children's doctor for a long time when we lived in HOUSTON Lisandro Cruz and Marsha Perez, back in the 90's , I sure would like to have you ( Dr. Hanissian ) to text me back

I have been going to Doctor Hanissian's office since I was a child. My son has been going since he was born and I absolutely love bringing my son here. Yes, some times the wait is long, but she is the BEST pediatrician that I know and I would recommend her to anyone.
Ella es la mejor de las pediatras y fue por muchos años de mis tres hijos, me dolió mucho dejar de asistir por culpa de sus trabajadoras. Lastima que esta rodeada de gente inepta y grosera, las personas de la oficina tienen muy mala actitud She is the best of the pediatricians and it was for many years of my three children, it hurt me a lot to stop attending for their workers. The front desk people hat is surrounded by inept and rude people, people in the office have very bad attitude
Estoy esperando mucho tiempo más de 1 hora y tenía cita y están pasando a otros paciente que vinieron después de mi y lo están haciendo a propósito porque yo hable con una de las secretarías porque el niño tenía que regresar a la escuela y los era mucho tiempo esperando.
