Excellent first impression on our first visit. I felt Dr. Hanissian listened to my concerns as a first time food allergy mom. All around great bedside manner. He seems very knowledgeable and up to date on allergy issues, both food and non-food. I look forward to working with him as we navigate food allergies with our one and a half year old.
We saw Dr. Hanissian for a 2nd opinion after my son had a reaction to shrimp at the beach. Our first appt with a different doctor showed an allergy to tuna and apple and gave me little to no info on what to do nor how to use the Auvi-Q injector. Frustrated I searched and asked a friend for a recommendation for a second opinion. She suggested Dr. Hanissian and he was AWESOME!! Dr Hanissian is one of the few specialist that I have been to where you feel like the doctor really cares and sincerely wants to help. He is personable and explains things to you. Helped confirm some things that I suspected I was allergic to plus found some things I was slightly allergic to that I wasn't aware of. He took the time to explain details to me. His staff is nice too. If you need an allergist, I definitely recommend him. He is a really nice & knowledgeable doctor.
I have been coming to Hanissian Allergy since 1974..they are the best and have saved my life. I would not be here today if it was not for Hanissian Allergy!!
I thoroughly enjoyed visiting my allergist today! Dr. Hanissian sits down and talks with his patient about what’s been going on and develops a plan to help and get better. He offers up-to-date information on different illnesses and even provided me with recent written journal article about my condition! Im a breast-feeding mom, and he made sure and checked the safety of any medications before recommending them to me. Everyone of his office staff was friendly and helpful as well.
Love Dr. Hanissian. He listens to us and is so helpful. He also stays up to date on the latest research and doesn't mind sending you studies. He also wasn't afraid of my sons multiple food allergies and was willing to do food challenges and try new things with him. We have been so happy with his care since we switched from another local practice
Dr Hanissian is amazing! He is very knowledgeable and informative. I love that he provides research to back up his suggestions and is great about listening to concerns, answering all questions, and explaining what he wants us to try or what our results mean. I am very happy to have found him to treat our 12 month old and I am confident we will be doing what is best for her with his guidance.
