You dont want your doctor to roll her eyes when you tell her you are in pain or when you ask questions. Provided no solution or mitigation for my problem. Look elsewhere.
Dr Chung is a clear example of why I became a nurse. I experienced a procedure which Dr Chung took care of with the expertise of the surgeon she is. She is calm cool and collected compassionate clear and direct and to the point. I always know what to expect
She provided exceptional medical support while my father was in severe pain. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a specialist in her field to go to her.
I was not happy to learn that I had colon cancer but chose Dr. Chung based on her credentials. She explained all of the possible outcomes and after complex surgery, I had one of the less desirable ones when I woke up with a pouch on my stomach. However, the pouch was removed in about 10 weeks and I just celebrated my third year cancer free. On visit with Dr Chung she appeared to be professional . She prescribed me medication that was forwarded to my local CVS. Upon pick up I learned that my insurance wouldn't pay for it the pharmacist suggested reducing the cost to $229. This was a price I couldn't afford being unemployed.. The pharmacist suggested another medicine which he needed approval from Dr Chung .
