Wait time 2 hours. She only give 1-2 mins to patients. She only want money. He staff is rude and do not respect patients.
She charged a lot of money citing a series of examination and test that she did not do. And also used a wrong primary code for the insurance. The insurance did not cover the wrong primary code so I had to pay a lot of money for the examination that I did not undergo... Very Disappointed. I am not consulting with her again. I do not recommend her to anyone

Long wait and rushed when finally met her... not showing interest in the issue
Dr Alaidroos is wonderful. She is warm and caring and yet will give straight advice concerning my health. I also like how transparent she is about giving great advice and encouragement. Great doctor! The staff is wonderful and always kind, even if I call multiple times and feel like I am probably being annoying, the office manager that answers the phone is always willling to help. When they have had to draw my blood the phlebotemist is great and gets it the first time. Love them!

Dr. Alaidroos is worth the wait. She is kind and very intelligent. She is very helpful and my son has always felt very comfortable visiting her as well. I since have moved so switched providers. However, she is a great doctor. The place is always clean. Its a smaller office but it feels more personal when her and her staff. She takes walk ins and can get busy at times, but rarely turn you away.
Been a long time patient. But finally had enough of every time i go for a check up and make the first appointment of the day 9 am but always kept waiting. Dr Alaidroos has always arrived at her practice late. so no excuse that she was busy with other patients. This last time i waited till 9.40 am she had still not arrived. No staff member even had the decency to let me or other patients know that she was not there. I left my phone number for her to call. No call. Sent an email no response. I
Dr. Alaidroos is a great doctor that really cares about her patients!
