The staff and Dr. are very professional every step of the way. Highly recommended.
I was referred to this location by my family doctor. The receptionist, however, booked an appointment for me without my consent. The receptionist called me to “remind” me of my appointment. When I responded with confusion, the receptionist gaslit and blamed me, and said “oh you forgot”. The receptionist is unbelievably unprofessional, rude, unethical and has no sympathy for others. It is disgusting and shocking, especially for someone who is a receptionist for a psychiatrist.
