Very bad experience. At first i booked for highlights and when I went in I was told that it will take 4-5 hours and they only booked me in for 1.5 hours. I mean why!!! And then I was sent back with just consultation. And during consultation I was told that all my grey hair would be covered with highlights. I was charged a hefty amount for just shoulder length hair. I have been going to Hanhs for years now! Special shoutout to Sarah (favourite hairstylist!), V (favourite nail tech), and Miya (amazing facials!). Highly recommend!!
This was a gift from my husband for my 50th birthday, the facial and massage was very relaxing. I was very happy, the washroom was clean and tidy. I hope to go back again.
Excellent. Sarah is the best. I drive all the way from Fergus so I can have her do my hair. She knows exactly what I like.
