This was a gift from my husband for my 50th birthday, the facial and massage was very relaxing. I was very happy, the washroom was clean and tidy. I hope to go back again.

Zero stars. Sadly, I think if you are going to cancel my root color, unless I don't mind only cold water because your water heater is broken, then there should be some sort of small compensation or discount. Nothing major, just good customer service. Anyway, I was so excited, but I definitely do not recommend this salon. Very big attitude on the phone, like it's a good thing I have an appointment with them and wow I should be so lucky. And the last time I went, you wanted me to pay upfront for my mani-pedi.
