Zero stars. Sadly, I think if you are going to cancel my root color, unless I don't mind only cold water because your water heater is broken, then there should be some sort of small compensation or discount. Nothing major, just good customer service. Anyway, I was so excited, but I definitely do not recommend this salon. Disappointed again with dishonesty. I booked an appointment for a massage at 1pm, few seconds later received a call to change the time to 9:30am. Came to my appointment on time, sat there for half an hour and had to ask if I was going to be seen. The staff hid behind the computer acting like they didn’t understand what was going on.
