Josh and the staff is very nice Josh is a great guy and very knowledgeable but I have never waited so long in the time I’ve been an amputee get get sockets made. I can be a bit understanding about the first leg because they had to get me with a doctor they use on video visit. Get approval from insurance and order my C-Leg but over a month to do that is still very slow I’ve never waited more than 2 weeks to go through all of that.
