I was referred to this clinic by my doctor at Valley Orthopedic. I went in for my appointment to be fitted. Fairly straightforward and practitioner seemed knowledgeable. I was told it would take about 4-6 weeks before my brace would be ready. Before I left the office person scheduled my follow up appointment for 4 weeks out. Allison is a very nice young lady helps me every time it takes a very little time and gets me out of there quick love you congratulations on your baby girl and see you next time and if anybody needs to go there they are very friendly respectable
We've been interacting with Hanger Clinic for a few months now and my wife and I have had nothing but a great experience. Our 8mo. Old son needed a helmet to correct some flattening of the skull and we couldn't be more pleased with the process, communication and people there. Terrible customer service, I called the office to let them know that they forgot to bill my secondary insurance and they told that they will do it and send me a new statement. But they did not and sent the bill to collection. Now collection agency contacting me to pay and till date they have files the insurance claim. I am frustrated on the situation. How they expect me to pay if you do not file proper insurance claim. AVOID THIS CLINIC.
Tech was nice. The problem wasn't with him. He was knowledgeable. Problem was the front desk who didn't call to inform one of the two scripts they don't deal with. Communication is key. When you have patients who don't feel good & car travel is difficult you call & tell them before they arrive. Wasted visit. Even if a patient feels good you still call...
