They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them
I had a great experience here. The receptionist was nice, as were both doctors. I came in for AFO brace casting and based on reviews expected a poor experience. My experience was anything but and I was in and out in 45 minutes from my appointment time. A lot of previous reviews regarding shoes is not applicable anymore because that is done at a different location 6 doors down. I ended up going there first and they were locked and closed for lunch. The black dude there is really rude and seems they don’t like their job. And they don’t like when people take back anything that has to be adjusted. Better look for a different location..
I love it here. As soon as I walk in it’s nothing but smiles! I love my prosthetic tech (Ian) he’s the best he goes above n beyond. Don’t get me wrong all the techs there are badass. N the receptionists n all the girls there they work hard to get ur stuff together!
Bueno yo anterior mente puse un request donde decía que eran muy tardadas las citas, pero especifique que aún no me habían atendido, y quiero agradecer que alguien se comunicó conmigo y me adelantó la cita, ahora sí puedo dar mi opinión de la atención dentro de el lugar, en recepción fueron muy amables desde que llegué, saludaron, luego la persona no sé si es técnico o protesista u ortepeda fue muy amable explico lo de la plantilla que necesito para mis pies por la fasciitis.
