Outstanding care from an incredible team! I have been coming to the Hanger Clinic in Downey for years, and the entire staff always treats me with the utmost dignity and respect. Sorry this place is horrible. all the staff is rude and they make false promises as to when services will be rendered. It’s almost seems like the management doesn’t care or is not aware. Don’t go here.
They had a chance to make it right and still chose not to. Doesn’t do any good to turn them into BBB. You can tell this happens all the time because of the way they respond on BBB blanket we will look into it then blanket it has been looked into. They have been the worst experience in healthcare I have had and I have had 6 surgeries on my foot in a year and a half. If you have an opportunity to go anywhere else. Please do it for you on sake. It is just an absolute nightmare dealing with them
I had a great experience here. The receptionist was nice, as were both doctors. I came in for AFO brace casting and based on reviews expected a poor experience. My experience was anything but and I was in and out in 45 minutes from my appointment time. A lot of previous reviews regarding shoes is not applicable anymore because that is done at a different location 6 doors down. I ended up going there first and they were locked and closed for lunch.
