My father was referred here for his prosthetic. Everyone has been so friendly, attentive and kind to my father. Big thanks to Ian for his patience and positive attitude.
It's true! In order to talk to them in Downey office, the waiting time is awful and thats if you get to someone. Most of the time I get the answering service. I had ordered inserts, and the turn around time is 2-4weeks. It had more than 6 weeks with any update. At this point I rather deal with my foot pain than dealing with this company. Current status... still waiting. It's been more the 3 weeks waiting for my refund.
The front office staff is so rude, never answer the phone, and always have attitude.

Worst service I've ever had.I was told Two week turnaround it's been seven weeks and they still don't have what I need and can't give a date yet.
