This office is an absolute mess. I brought my son in back in May 2024 for a consultation for a cranial band. The clinician told us it wasn’t really necessary for him to get it BUT the insurance was covering 100%, so if it was his child he would do it. So we did. He wore it for a few week by June he was done. A few weeks later I received a bill from hanger Clinc for over $1,000. I called the office and was told I would get a call back, I never did. This office is all smiles, high energy and we love it. My mom come to get insoles and diabetic shoes. They do amazing work. Hanger Clinic is what you need. I give them all 10's
The orthotist was great with my son but the clinic has still not issued braces for my son. My son was fitted for braces in September and it is now December and no one calls me back for a status update on my son's braces. This is not acceptable. What kind of company doesn't follow through with patients? I'm not happy with this company
Jahir, one of t he orthotists in Beverly Hills, did a wonderful job of fitting a new leg brace for me. I really appreciated his expertise, concern and genuine attitude. I recommend him highly.
