Matthew is great! New bka amputee as of Nov 2025. Not a good experience and didn’t trust the first prosthetic company the hospital referred me to. I was a bit on edge to go to hanger because of a lot of bad reviews on online support groups of other hangers clinics across the country, but I gave it a shot and it’s been a great experience. Matthew is super helpful, communicative and puts your best interests first. Highly recommend this clinic!
Clinic is located in an area extremely difficult to find parking. The building has parking available, but they charge you $12/hour. I was looking for parking for over 15 min and even though I called and let them know about what was happening, they said they couldn’t see me anymore because I had reached their maximum grace period, and offered me another appointment only a month later. Very disappointed with their customer care.
Tony thank you for your thoughtfulness and expertise which gives me peace of mind and helping keep my back strong. Highly recommend this Hanger Clinic. I've been going to them for almost 20 years!
Jasmine is unprofessional and unhelpful. Her phone manner is completely unacceptable. Tried to explain my situation and she just talked right over me then put me on hold indefinitely. When I called back it went to voicemail. I do not recommend this office as Jasmine made it clear there are no doctors in the office to help. She obviously should NOT BE in the medical field!!!!
De verdant fue mi primera vez que fui a este lugar recomendada por mi doctora de Kaiser para ir a una faja para mi espalda, desde que entre senti un ambiente muy agradable las sen̈oritas del front desk amable, profesionales y con una sonrisa Hermosa. Y que decir con el joven guapo y apuesto y muy professional me atendio y me explico como user la faja. Recomiendo mucho este lugar Bendiciones y gracias
