Today is my 2nd time visiting this clinic for same reasons . I don’t have any idea when they will fix my issue. They don’t know what is their job. I will never come back here.
Horrible horrible experience here. Avoid at all costs. I went all the way there only to be turned away when I got there after having the appointment a month in advance.

Matthew is great! New bka amputee as of Nov 2025. Not a good experience and didn’t trust the first prosthetic company the hospital referred me to. I was a bit on edge to go to hanger because of a lot of bad reviews on online support groups of other hangers clinics across the country, but I gave it a shot and it’s been a great experience. Matthew is super helpful, communicative and puts your best interests first. Highly recommend this clinic!
Clinic is located in an area extremely difficult to find parking. The building has parking available, but they charge you $12/hour. I was looking for parking for over 15 min and even though I called and let them know about what was happening, they said they couldn’t see me anymore because I had reached their maximum grace period, and offered me another appointment only a month later. Very disappointed with their customer care.
