On February 4th, I was billed $78.93 for a knee brace and had an appointment scheduled for February 24th to receive that brace. On February 23rd, Hanger clinic canceled my appointment and indicated they didn't have insurance approval for the brace. I asked how they knew how much to bill since they didn't have approval and subsequently learned that they were billing the wrong insurance company even though I had provided them with my insurance cards at my initial appointment on January 22nd. After 3 canceled appointments I stopped going to the Henderson office and went across town to the W. Flamingo location

Update: initial review was five stars, follow up appointment to pick up my inserts have now made it a two star review. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail stating that my inserts had not arrived in time for my follow up appointment. That was kind of expected as they mentioned it in my initial appointment. While they did call to inform me of this, they did not leave a voicemail stating as much, it was a bunch of number pressing as though an adolescence was operating a phone. Came here to get some inserts made for me. I was referred by the VA community care, and while it did take a while to get in for fitting, when I attended my appointment I found everyone to be friendly and courteous. The process took about 10 minutes. Now I wait for the inserts to be made and returned back. Just a heads up, parking at this location can be difficult since there are so many medical offices in the building, and since most spots are reserved for certain offices.
