Horribly trained office staff, slow as hell. Waited over 2 hours and 45 minutes just for a wrist brace. Office staff just sat around talking instead of communicating anything to the people sitting in the waiting room. The two technicians were very unprofessional, talking loudly in the hallways about who had taken more patients, and the tech that finally saw me spent almost the while time bad-mouthing the other guy.
