This review concerns the management and escalation process connected with this office. I did not ultimately receive treatment at the Kendall location. After a July 30 AFO adjustment at another Hanger location worsened my pain, Aldo Alvarez had told me that I could see him if that practitioner could not resolve the problem. When I called Kendall, I was told he was away until August 24, so I scheduled an appointment for that date. On August 22, the office canceled because he reportedly had another emergency. I can’t say enough good things about Hanger Clinic. I was incredibly stressed when my RGO broke because, as a wheelchair user, I depend on it for my daily exercise and mobility routine. They were able to see me the very same day and fixed it right on the spot. Amazingly, this has happened twice now, and both times they took care of me immediately—and didn’t charge me either time.
