Have been calling them for a year with no reply after the messaging center “relays” my husbands and I’s messages. They bought up every other prosthesis in SoCal so there is no place else to go for my husband’s bk leg. Every time something goes wrong with his leg or his inserts break (we have been trying to get new inserts for over a year from them) we know we can’t rely on them to answer and help us fix the problem.
