I was referred by Kaiser for a lumbar support. I am satisfied with the brace. BUT the alleged 20% copay is roughly $30.00 greater than retail for the same make and model . With Kaisers payment to Hanger plus my Copayment it would appear the charge was about $830.00 for a $130.00 brace.
