I want to first apologize to the people at Hanger Clinic for the two star rating. Most of the staff here are wonderful! Megan O’Shea, who filled in and made my first prosthetic leg, was extremely helpful, very receptive of feedback on the socket fit and overall just an understanding and kind person. My experience with Jacquelyn Naster, however, was a little different. She took lead on making my second prosthetic, I had shrunk out of the first one. I was referred by Kaiser for a lumbar support. I am satisfied with the brace. BUT the alleged 20% copay is roughly $30.00 greater than retail for the same make and model . With Kaisers payment to Hanger plus my Copayment it would appear the charge was about $830.00 for a $130.00 brace.
