Clerical staff is useless and unhelpful. Even the website is horrible and makes no sense. I can’t open a message sent to me!!! They billed me months after my appointment when I had already paid by check. Unbelievable!! BBB says it does not support Hanger Clinic.
Worse service I have ever encountered. Was in 05/22/2024 and got measured for custom shoe inserts, was told it would be 4 to 6 weeks. After not hearing back I called after 8 weeks, no one who was ther could check on the order was told to leave a message and would hear back, called at 11 weeks, person said didn’t see the order and would put in the production order on a rush and would have Rick, the original clinician, call me the following week No return call so called on week 12 same run around no result
John gave me a new and improved brace today.. he spent many hours tweaking it to make it perfect and he’s made me very happy. Such a fantastic facility in Methuen.. Including the staff..
I called this location three times to make the appointment and all three times were going to be long wait times to be scheduled. I booked an appointment and waited a month for my appointment. I told them my insurance over the phone ahead of time. Today I came in, I was seen 20 minutes after my appointment time and am told it’s private pay. I expressed my frustration and left.
