Mi doctor me refirio a esta clinica y no me contestas entra una operadora y dice le van a regresar la llamada llevo mas de una semana en los mismo y nada
They make multiple appointments for 1pm and then say they are closed for lunch till 1pm. Guaranteed to make everyone wait. Disgusting way to treat patients.
No one ever answers phones or returns messages. Had to go into the EMPTY office for them to tell me that I needed to call because they didn’t get my authorization. Woman at front said they can’t return calls because they are understaffed “Understaffed” but they had open appointments for the following business day. Not to mention, while I was there I did not hear the phone ring once. After I left there were not any other patients for the front desk girl to be busy with. I WILL be calling OPTUM!
I called several times, nobody answered the phone, I left messages and it is being 1 month and nobody calling back. Bad service
