Anni the clinician is so great, very kind, respectful , n very helpful with patient. She’s an asset to the company. She deserved the very best. Very supportive and kind to the patient. We all need this type of person in every places.
Severely unprofessional. If your insurance books this provider, it's worth seeing if you can go somewhere else. They clearly do not strive to provide service to people who need it. The office manager Adriana Herrera was not helpful, she didn't try to find a solution to help me when I was in post op shoulder surgery and needed a brace. I cannot say she 'dis her beat' to help. Another failure in the health care system.

They make multiple appointments for 1pm and then say they are closed for lunch till 1pm. Guaranteed to make everyone wait. Disgusting way to treat patients.
No one ever answers phones or returns messages. Had to go into the EMPTY office for them to tell me that I needed to call because they didn’t get my authorization. Woman at front said they can’t return calls because they are understaffed “Understaffed” but they had open appointments for the following business day. Not to mention, while I was there I did not hear the phone ring once. After I left there were not any other patients for the front desk girl to be busy with. I WILL be calling OPTUM!
