This is s poorly managed company who have kept me hanging for over a year without a proper fitting compression sleeve for lymph edema. The technition I first saw kept ordering different sizes that did not fit properly. I finally saw a different tech who took one look at me and said I was a special order because I'm very thin. No one returns calls or even lets you know when your order comes in. After 3 messages I finally called and asked for the manager who said my sleeve was sitting right in the counter!
