After paying for my brace, needing adjustments and calling the office, I was met with a very rude receptionist. She says her system is down, so I ask her to physically go and ask. When in the office, I see them going to the back rooms and asking the techs questions. My ride for another appt passes right by there and could pick it up. When they have their money already, it appears the front office could care less if customer is satisfied.
