I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff at this location. Front desk Jannese Hadley went above and beyond to get us scheduled. She was very understanding when I explained our situation. She was determined to help us and did not let us down. We had our visit with Lance who was absolutely phenomenal he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and made my mother’s fitting comfortable.Our experience at this facility was one of the quickest and best we have ever encountered. Thank you so much!
These folks are outstanding!! To register was easy & to set an appointment up was smooth sailing. Receiving my order took a whole 1/2 hour. Very friendly & fast.
The VA sent me to this place. I made appointment for Dec 6 2024 to be fitted for diabetic shoes and inserts. Then They made another appointment to pick up shoes on January 22, 2025 a whole month and a half away!!!! On that day I let them know I couldn’t make it and had to reschedule. I Talked to them January 23, 2025 they told me the next appointment will be February 20, 2025 this is another month away so in totally the waiting time will be 48 days total I told them to cancel this order and I will go elsewhere. They did great. However they ran out of a foot liner for the prosthetic and I have to get it when I go back.
