I had an excellent experience with the Hanger Clinic on 6th Ave South (St. Pete). I received foot orthotics through the VA and worked initially with Tim, who was friendly, personable, and professional. He fitted me for the orthotics and made the entire process easy. When they arrived, I worked with Robert, who took the time to make the necessary adjustments and ensure everything fit properly before I left. Had an appt yesterday, some how their internet being down locked them out of the building, so rescheduled today. Again reminded 15 minutes early. 10:00 appt show 9:40 and at 10:30 i had to ask. A man came out and said he was there alone and was another 15-20 behind. I stated about the time and he went back inside and said someone else would see me. You said you were alone? Hangers Prosthetics I received one prosthetic and it was satisfactory, then I obtained another prosthetic and Marianne assisted me with the new one, which was approximately a year ago. Unfortunately, I am still unable to use the new prosthetic effectively and have experienced difficulties walking with it. Despite visiting the clinic on multiple occasions and requesting assistance from the clinician, I was advised to continue using my old prosthetic.
