They keep canceling my appointment to pickup my prosthetic leg with different excuses each time. First delivery of the leg was delayed, now, waiting on approval of my insurance. I called my insurance and found out that it’s been approved. I wouldn’t recommend the East Syracuse office,if looking for a prosthetic.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Prosthetist is amazing! Got me up and walking again on my new leg!!
