It's been 12 years since I had to wear an AFO after a stroke. Traci at the Melbourne clinic gave the best fitting I have ever had! This AFO gives me the stability and confidence to get around!
Traci Sleger is a very concerned and capable person. Getting these kind of foot supports is important to everyone who has foot and/or ankle issues . You need someone with Traci's ability to help you. She is the answer.
Front desk staff are incompetent and rude and verbally aggressive if you have any issues.
They helped me last minute with everything start to finish as a new patient very promptly. Excellent and prompt communication from front office staff and great 'bedside manner" from my clinician as well.....Two thumbs up!
The doctors I’ve met were great however anything dealing with faxing paperwork or referrals you have to do there job for them they lose those documents all the time and I’ve yet to not have to re send paperwork more than 2x they don’t call your other doctors you have to do that they randomly bring up that they need your pcp(or other doctors) when they don’t which takes longer and they wait till the last minute to get papers done for an appointment, that they will tell you you need to reschedule the DAY before because they do... read more
