I can't express enough how much I appreciate Mike (at Temecula 79S location) for all he's done to help with my mobility since Ive been there. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years (since before they were even Hanger) and this review is long overdue. I’ve never had a provider quite like Mike, and to this day I drive over an hour whenever possible to still go here for my prosthetic needs. Mike is knowledgeable, gives good advice/input, and has always been adaptable to my needs. I’ve always had pleasant experiences with the staff at the front, and they make the challenges associated with insurance etc. easier to handle and navigate. They truly are the best!
I was referred to Hanger Clinic for my new "Crow Boot". They did a wonderful job of making the mold then filling the order in record time! I was warned from the doctor that it may take a month to 6 weeks, I had it in less than 3 weeks. Mike made sure it was fitted properly and that I know how to wear it. Professional and prompt service, what more can I ask for! Thank you, Hanger Clinic!
Was referred here to get a functional KAFO for my son, instead they made a stretching KAFO which he did not tolerate and quickly outgrew it. Went back to get the correct KAFO & they would not make one for him. Nor would they properly adjust the one he had. Now his leg is contracted! Thank you “Brace Guy” you have no idea what you are doing! I would not recommend this place to anyone!
