I recommend NOT doing business with the Hanger Clinic in Council Bluffs, IA. The orthotics that were made were fine but the customer service personnel who works at the desk and who files the insurance provides the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in any doctors office ever. Her name is Annette and you will not receive friendly service from her at all.
