i had reached out to have straps replaced. I was told they had to go into the archives to find my records. No one returned phone calls or ever called to schedule anything. On the set, the receptionist was very rude

My wife has spina bifida and gets two braces to walk. Her last appointment with this location was the worst experience of her life. They took months to get her new braces and when they came, they were wrong. When she went back, the office manager played on her phone and would not look my wife in the eyes to admit their screw up. The quality of the brace is cheap and last night, the bar KAFO snapped in half. Do not ever use this place for anything.
