I agree with Anthony Caterino statement regarding the receptionist! She needs to be removed. My mother had a follow up appointment for a fitting. As soon as she checked in, the receptionist gave her a statement showing her copay/out of pocket cost and said, "you need to sign this, and it needs to be signed before you go back for your fitting." We were both stunned! To me it immediately felt like a bully tactic and even a scam. I reviewed the statement and noticed that it wasn't an official bill...only estimates of her insura... read more
Very boring
My wife had an appointment when we arrived we were greeted by "friendliest" Gen Z receptionist who gave us the most gracious "what are you doing here" stare. She "graciously" informed us that my wife's appointment was canceled and that they had called. We did not have a message on either of our phones; however, they could have called because we switched carriers and my wife did not have her voice mail setup. While we were there we reschedule her appointment for a fitting for shoes with a lift for her leg length difference. T... read more

My husband had an accident in June. While we were still in the ER, someone from Hanger Clinic dropped off a back brace. The day he was discharged, someone from Hanger called and wanted to know how we were going to pay for the balance that insurance didn't cover. They called wanting payment before we even left the hospital! We said we didn't want it and after a lot of run-around from Lisa in the Founders Road office, I returned the brace to their office.
