My son had a PCL injury and was prescribed a PCL brace. He received it and had it for about a month when a couple screws fell out and it needed repaired. The velcro was also not working very well. Instead of just ordering a couple screws, they had to keep the brace and it’s now been over a month and he hasn’t received it back. Apparently they had to send it off somewhere else. My appointment was at 8:30 when they first opened doctor was on time. I was seen right away and done in 10 minutes. Receptionist was very nice

Very friendly and accommodating staff, from the front desk to the doctors. I accidentally went to the wrong location for my first appointment but they took me anyways, no delays. I was also in the middle of switching insurance companies during my treatment and they had no issues and made it effortless.
