Jessica D, the receptionist at Hanger, is always polite, nice, friendly and smiles when I come in for my appointments. She was particularly helpful today when I left my phone in an Uber. She contacted the uber driver and arranged to have him return to Hanger to bring me my phone while I was in with my technician. Jessica also called my wife to explain what happened and making her aware. She was awesome and I was very grateful for her help in that matter! A+
Do not go here !! I am a Hanger Client in town from Missouri. The airline lost my socks for my stump and now that my stump shrunk I can hardly walk. I went to the Hanger Clinic in Las Vegas for help and they are the rudest people I have encountered today. They had a sign on their unlocked door that said they were training today and to pardon any inconvenience. It did not say they were closed. I used to go to hanger in Henderson now I’ve been going to hanger on west flamingo road. This place is huge disappointment they tell you supplies will be in three weeks then the day of appointment call you and say it’s going to be another two weeks. This happen to me twice now. Who ever is in charge of flamingo clinic should go and get some training.
I went in to The Hanger Clinic because I wear an AFO brace and needed a repair. Jessica at the front desk was very helpful and kind. She made sure I got taken care of quickly and it was a great experience. Thank you Jessica!
Worst clinic in town. Took.me 5 months and I still don't have my shoes. They said they would send them to a clinic closer to me. They lied!! They sat there a week and.no one called to tell me they were at the wrong clinic. To this date. I still don't have my shoes.
