If I could give them a zero I would. Disorganize beyond believe. Had to take off from work three times snd nothing was accomplished. Was always told we had to see Doug who is their manager. Needless to say I still have not met the man. Finally got brace months afterwards and it needs to be fitted correctly. To no surprise we were told twice that they would come and once again they didnt show.

I thought this place was gonna be better than the VA but I was wrong. Complete waste of time.
The orthodics are garbage-nothing less, nothing more. They have tried to reconstruct them two times which is a plus. However, each time, it just got worse. They was a fourth inch discrepancy in the height of the one of the orthodics . Chelsea was arguing with me telling I must have wanted them that way because I needed them that way. She said I had one leg longer than the other. I do not. After arguing with me about that, she then argued with me about the difference in heights of the 2 insoles.
