Wonderful experience! Jennifer made the process of my son's helmet as stress-free as possible. Appointments always on-time, great communication, easy to get advice via email.
This place is AWFUL. The phone must have dust on it because no one ever picks it up. No calls back, no answers. My boyfriend has been waiting for his papers to be accepted to literally GET his prosthetic for MONTHS, WHOLE ASS MONTHS. They claim his doctor never sent back required paperwork but we just confirmed TODAY he did back in NOVEMBER . I don’t know who it is in this “clinic” that needs to be fired or what. This is the best place to go in the area by far. Much, much better than competitors in town. They actually listen to you and offer up what is best for you. 10 stars
It has been nothing but a run around for my husband, he's been without a leg for months, 8 check sockets and everyone of them the part that works is also changed with the part that needed changed. Forced him to sign he's leaving with the final socket, knowing it wouldn't work, now three weeks into it, constant, "I'll call you tomorrow", no calls .....I mean it's been nothing but a runaround.
