So kind and gentle, I am so glad that she is my doctor. The Mentor office is very efficient and friendly, putting patients at ease and providing comfort to their patients. I'm a " Eye-Coward" but thank God for Dr. Pham , I can take the injection without kicking screaming and crying!

Dr. Pham was very sweet and explained her findings perfect to me. She provided the treatment I needed immediately. The office is nice and the staff was great. Hopefully you won't need her services but highly recommend if you do.
