I wouldn't buy from this dealership. Incompetent sales people here. They're true sales people. Throw u a bunch of b.s. and don't care about quality. My mother in law just put down over 50k on a dodge truck from 2019. They offered her a lower price and a rebate, wen she went in 3 days later, no lower offer and no rebate. She's disabled and didn't want to argue or waste more time there so she just paid the truck off. Almost 2yrs old. Dirty. Scratched. Small dents but they wouldn't give her a break on the price. A dear a friend went a bought at 1300 dollars part for you car. A week later she called them and they never called her. When she called she was told oh by the way we can’t get the part. Why not tell her when she drive over there from Visalia to order the part. They took her $1300 cash oh she have to mail her check at there convenience because they wouldn’t give her cash back. Stay away from this dealerships service.

Was having a difficult time getting a refund that was promised from the previous management, however, the new management team of Jacey and Oscar were quick to respond and within a day of informing them of the situation my refund was issued. I’m very appreciative of the effort they took to resolve this problem.
