We worked with Marcus and Jeanette to buy the second home. It was not an easy transaction, as it involved having a lease with grower and it took a huge effort from Marcus to work with lender and grower's attorney and their lender. Marcus and team also helped us communicate with the seller to understand the details of the custom made home even after the transaction was complete.
