We recently needed an exterior bay door replaced. After shopping at three ‘big box stores’ locally, we decided on a purchase. Unfortunately we did not make this purchase at Home Depot or Lowe’s. As such, the purchased product was damaged and the process to get a replacement was a nightmare. We will never again buy from this company!
