I bought my house from Mr. Perry and he remains most familiar with home since he has maintained it as the previous owner. I have used Mr. Perry on several occasions. Called him today because a major pipe bursted causing a major leak in the basement. we had to turn off the main water line which impacted daily life. Robert responded quickly, and efficiently and correctly diagnosed the source of the leak, and fixed it same day. Water is back and all is well. Great service and great and honest prices.
Mr. Perry has done great work for me on numerous occasions, he's even restored my house after the fire. He's the person to call when you need work done around your home
I was having problems with a leaky roof so I decided to contact Handyman of DC 1 which was highly recommended by my next-door neighbor.Rob came out to evaluated the situation gave me an estimate .The next day Rob showed up made the necessary repair and coated my roof saving me $1200
I had some plumbing work done He does very good work straight to the point. Very fair pricing I Highly recommend him.
