The owner came out to do the inspection and quoted me a price, or which I paid a "service call" fee. The repairman spent 3 hours complaining, taking smoke breaks and very poorly installing a sink. I finally offered to go get a needed part because he didn't have it and clearly didn't want to go get it. He did the job wrong, and the sink leaked, so I called the owner back out.
